Here simple steps to follow:
1 - Go to Home Tab
2 - Click System Live Update
3 - A Box will popup. Just Click OK. (System will be auto close and Update Manager Box will come out)
4 - Tick ‘I Agree’ and click Next twice
5 - Click ‘Check Update’ (list of latest patch will be shown in the box) and then click ‘Update Now’
6 - Live Update will begin to update your system. Wait until it stated Update Process ended.
7 - Click Next and then click Finish.
8 - Your system has been successfully updated.

If user want to setup Cargo Declare. Here simple steps to follow:
1 - Open PKNet Windows and login
2 - Then synchronize database until finish
3 - After that, go to My1PortLogin (at top right of the page) then login
4 - Once done, select Cargo Enterprise Database Path under System Maintenance menu
5 - Fill up Application Path Setting based on Config File

If user unable to save local trader. Here simple steps to solve:
1 - Go to http://my1port.com/ then click Help menu (at bottom right of the page)
2 - Under Smart Client Starter Guide, select Smart Client System Update
3 - Then read Guide about Cargo declare DB path issue

If user unable to create new job. Here simple steps to solve:
1 - Go to http://my1port.com/ then click Help menu (at bottom right of the page)
2 - Under Smart Client Starter Guide, select Smart Client System Update
3 - Then read Guide about Cargo declare DB path issue

This issue came out due to security setting of user PC. Here simple steps to solve:
1 - Open the firewall or security settings
2 - Then allow the firewall or security setting to access 203.115.193.122 and port 3035
3 - Or user have to get IT to open URL for download

Upon installation Port Klang*Net windows tools from PKNet web installer including SQL Server Management Studio, you would require to attach PKNet Database first.

Step 1: At your PC (User PC) Click Start button > find for SQL Server Management Studio app > login.

Thereafter, login into SQL Server Management Studio app and click to expand folders. Then, expand “Databases” folder to view PKNet Database and Tables.
